Privacy Notice
This notice explains the information AlarmList collects when you use the catalog or send T2X LLC a message or quote request. Last updated September 7, 2026.
When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, message, and any company or phone number you choose to provide. When you request a quote, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number when provided, shipping address, and the items and quantities in your pick list.
When a form is submitted, our server records the browser user-agent and the IP address supplied with the request. Our hosting and file-delivery providers may also process routine technical information, such as IP address and request logs, to deliver and protect the site.
AlarmList does not require accounts or use advertising cookies. It uses browser storage to keep the current pick list for the life of a browser session and to remember when the local catalog view was last updated. This information stays in your browser and can be removed by clearing the site's browser data or closing the browser session for the pick list.
We use submitted information to respond to messages, prepare and follow up on quote requests, communicate about potential orders, maintain ordinary business records, and protect the site from misuse. We do not sell or rent personal information, and AlarmList does not collect payment-card information.
Contact messages and quote requests are handled in T2X's internal systems, which may include our Cloud Firestore database and Sitrep inboxes. AlarmList is hosted on Vercel, and datasheets are delivered from a public Vercel Blob store when you open a PDF. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services and may process data in locations where they or their service providers operate.
We share information with service providers that host, store, or support AlarmList and when required to comply with law or protect rights and safety. We retain submitted information for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, maintain business records, resolve issues, and meet legal obligations. Access is limited to people and providers with a business need to handle it.
You can browse the catalog without submitting a form. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, please contact T2X from the email address used in the request so we can verify and locate the record. We may need to retain limited information where required or permitted by law.
We may update this notice as AlarmList changes. The date above identifies the most recent version.
